Return & Refund Policy

At Golden Art, we want you to love your jewelry. Because we offer both custom Made-to-Order pieces and Ready-to-Ship items, different rules apply to each.

1. Made-to-Order (Custom) Jewelry

Each custom piece is handcrafted based on your approved 2D/3D CAD design.

  • Returns: Custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Damage Claims: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.

  • Resolution: Approved claims receive a replacement or store credit. Original payment method refunds are not available for custom work.

2. Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Returns: If you are unhappy with your product, you must initiate a return within 1 day of delivery.

  • Exchanges: Available for size issues or different items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

3. Timelines & Processing

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following are Final Sale:

  • Earrings and Engraved.

  • Custom-made pieces (unless defective).

  • Any items marked as Final Sale.
